Middleware Associates may be able to ship merchandise to Canada and Mexico, as well as most European (EU) locations on special request. All requests for international shipments must be made by phone call or email. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to You when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping and Delivery: customs and import duties for International orders are the full responsibility of the purchaser once the goods meet their destination port of entry. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. Discontinued Products: products that are decribed as discontinued cannot be returned for replacement or refund. The reason; the manufacturer no longer has units in stock and is no longer making the discontued product. Products that are discontinued are marked as discontined in the description.

Sales Tax: Middleware Associates, LLC. is a Tennessee registered company and therefore, in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee,  Middleware Associates must charge sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site where the destination address is within the State of Tennessee. Middleware Associates may also be lawfully responsible for collecting sales tax in other states if the product manufacturer has a registered office in the respective state. If You are purchasing products for resale, please submit your State Resale Tax Certificate to  Middleware Associates.   Middleware Associates may forward a copy of your certificate on to the product manufacturer so that You do not have to pay Sales and Use Tax for products you are purchasing through this Site.

Return Policy: You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Middleware Distribution reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Any hardware material may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date, however Middleware Distribution charges a 30% restocking fee on all hardware. The hardware returns must be in original packaging with all accessories and paper documentation. If this is not the case, no refund will be approved and the purchaser will be responsible for shipping the returned product(s) in both directions. All software sales are final and cannot be refunded due to the amount of support required to help the customer through the initial setup. The software non-refund policy may be waived if agreed upon in writing before the sale. If the product is described and documented as discontinued, it cannot be returned for replacement because the manufacturer no longer manufactures the product.
