Middleware Distribution is dedicated to shipping products as quickly and securely as possible. In most cases, the products are shipped directly from the respective manufacturer to the customer. We do however keep a small stock of our best selling products at our office in Delray Beach, Florida. Therefore, one or more line items could be shipped same day from our office.

Shipping Time Frames by Product Group

Please note that the shipping time frame represents the time the manufacturer ships, not the time you receive the goods.

• * HID cards and readers - [5 to 7 business days] from their office in Irvine, California.
• * HID VertX and EDGE IP Controllers - [7 to 10 business days].
• * XceedID cards and readers - [1 to 2 business days].
• * Trine Door Strikes / door locking hardware -[1 to 2 business days].

Please note that software purchases are not shipped. After receipt of order, Middleware Associates sends the purchaser the respective download links via email.

Request to use the Purchaser's Shipping Account.

For online orders, you can request to use your own shipping account. To do this, place your shipping account information (account number and shipping company) in the Order Comments section during checkout. Once the order processes, Middleware Associates will refund the shipping amount that was paid.
